Oruro, 18 de octubre (RBT). El Comando de la Segunda División de Ejército desplegará 1027 efectivos militares entre instructores, soldados y premilitares para el proceso electoral de este fin de semana. Informó hoy el Gral. Brig. Jorge Delfín Marañón Valdivieso, Comandante de la Segunda División de Ejército.
Se trata de 181 instructores, 541 soldados y 305 premilitares, haciendo un total de 1027 que estarán desplegados en todos los recintos electorales del departamento, incluido el sector norte del departamento de Potosí.
“El propósito de la operación es mantener el orden durante el desarrollo de las elecciones generales. Proporcionar seguridad a los recintos electorales y custodiar el material electoral a fin de garantizar el normal desenvolvimiento de estas elecciones”. Afirmó la Autoridad Militar.
Además, los premilitares realizarán la tarea de ser guías que estarán ubicados en los recintos electorales, para orientar a las personas que tengan dudas en ubicar sus mesas de sufragio.
