Oruro, 07 de noviembre 2021 (RBT). El Comando de la Segunda División del Ejército, rindió homenaje a la histórica fecha en que fue izada la Tricolor, en acto especial realizado hoy en el Faro de Conchupata.

“Y nos remontamos al año de 1851 cuando por primera vez, en el país (…) se iza nuestra Bandera, nuestra Tricolor, nuestro Rojo, Amarillo y Verde”, afirmó.
