La Paz, 4 jul (ABI).- La juez Séptima de Instrucción en lo Penal, Mónica Guzmán, determinó la detención preventiva en el penal de San Pedro de la ciudad de Oruro de Adhemar O.Y.E., acusado por uso de instrumento falsificado, en un caso en el que el Servicio de Impuestos Nacionales (SIN) es el querellante, informó el jueves una fuente oficial.
La juez tomó esa determinación en una audiencia de medidas cautelares, que se realizó después que la fiscal de turno, Vivian Sanjinés, presentó la imputación formal contra Adhemar O.Y.E. por uso de instrumento falsificado.
El caso se remonta al 2 de julio de 2019, cuando un contribuyente se apersonó a la Gerencia Distrital Oruro para solicitar la verificación de un documento que le entregó su contador, Adhemar O.Y.E. quien le «hizo creer» que había sido emitido por la Administración Tributaria.
«Y en un afán de aprovecharse de su cliente, el contador pidió a Mario F.M., la suma de 20.000 bolivianos para solucionar el problema», informó el SIN en un boletín de prensa.
Ante el hecho, servidores públicos del SIN de la Gerencia Distrital Oruro verificaron, a simple vista, que el documento en cuestión era falso.
Inmediatamente agentes de la Policía Nacional detuvieron a Adhemar O.Y.E. para conducirlo a la Fuerza de Lucha Contra el Crimen (FELCC) de la ciudad de Oruro.
