Oruro, 02 de junio de 2022 (RBT). El Batallón Logístico 1 “Heroicas Rabonas” hoy conmemoró el V aniversario de creación, en acto especial realizado hoy en instalaciones de esta Bizarra Unidad con asiento en la población de Vinto.
“El Batallón Logístico “Heroicas Rabonas”, en fecha del 25 de enero de 2017 mediante Resolución (…) se dispone la creación, organización y funcionamiento del Batallón Logístico 1 ‘Heroicas Rabonas del Pacífico’ con dependencia directa del Comando General del Ejército, a través del Departamento IV Logística y disciplinariamente de la Segunda División del Ejército”, afirmó el Sr. Tcnl. DEM Constancio Eulogio Anave Chambi, Comandante del Regimiento.
Esta Unidad tiene la misión de “planificar, organizar y ejecutar operaciones de apoyo logístico, incrementando la capacidad combativa en operaciones convencionales y no convencionales”, complementó.
Durante este corto tiempo de vigencia, la Unidad participó en las diferentes tareas tanto institucionales como con la población en conjunto, es el caso de las maniobras del Ejército en Paucarpata, con todos los medios logísticos en el año 2018.
“En la presente gestión hasta la fecha, en coordinación con las autoridades departamentales, se ejecutó trabajos de acción cívica y operaciones comunitarias de manera interinstitucional y mancomunada con la población”, reflejó el Sr. Tcnl. Anave.
Por su parte el Comandante de la Segunda División del Ejército, Cnl. DAEN. Leo César Villazón Vargas, afirmó que se trata de rendir un profundo homenaje a las mujeres que en diferentes acciones bélicas como la de pacífico, entregaron su fuerza de voluntad y amor a la Patria.
“Honor y gloria a aquellas bizarras mujeres de nuestro pueblo que sacrificaron su vida en esa contienda bélica. Nuestro Ejército se constituyó siempre en la simbiosis y divisa efectiva de la integridad nacional con presencia en los más recóndito de nuestro territorio”, destacó el Comandante de la Gran Unidad Militar de Combate.
“La presencia de esta Unidad en la localidad de Vinto, no es producto de la casualidad, (que) por su ubicación estratégica obedece a una planificación efectuada, tomando en cuenta una serie de factores inherentes a la defensa de nuestra integridad territorial”, concluyó.
Si bien el Batallón Logístico fue creado un 25 de enero del 2017, por razones de servicio y disposiciones de la Superioridad, se realizó hoy el acto de homenaje.
